ACE Provider Identity
BACB requires all of these on every PD certificate. Until they are set, the queue below can show who is owed a certificate but cannot produce one.
Public. Saving a number here immediately makes the marketing site display “BACB ACE Provider #…”. Only ever enter a real, issued number.
Instructional Time — Measured
BACB awards units by instruction time and forbids rounding up, but never defines how to measure it for a self-paced course. This is the median engaged time of learners who actually finished — evidence instead of an estimate.
PD Certificate Queue
BACB gives 45 days from completion to issue a signed PD certificate. The platform fills BACB’s own form; a human ACE Coordinator signs it.
