Accessibility Statement
Effective date: October 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 11, 2026
Instupituous, LLC, doing business as Operant Learner, wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and complete our courses.
Our goal
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we already do
- Narrated course lessons, with a text transcript (the "CC" button) for every narrated slide.
- Adjustable narration playback speed.
- Self-paced courses you can pause and resume.
- Pages that work on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers.
Known limitations
We know some parts of the site do not yet meet our goal, including color contrast on some text and labels on some form fields. A small number of lessons are video files, and some training lessons embed YouTube clips; those do not yet have captions or transcripts from us. Ask us and we will provide a transcript or another way to get the content. We are working to fix these.
Report a barrier or request an accommodation
If something on our site or in a course is hard for you to use, or you need content in another format, please tell us:
Email: duanne@instupituous.ai (subject line: "Accessibility")
Telephone: (760) 278-1034
Online: the form on our Complaints page (choose "Accessibility")
Please tell us the page or course, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or course access another way.
