Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Instupituous, LLC, doing business as Operant Learner, on operantlearner.com. Purchases made under an organization agreement follow the refund terms in that agreement. You can ask us to email you this policy at any time.
Individual courses and bundles

How completion is measured. Course completion is measured as the share of the course's modules you have completed, as shown in your course progress ("N of M modules complete"). For example, 3 of 12 modules completed is 25%.
For a bundle, the 25% and certificate conditions apply to the bundle as a whole: once a certificate has been issued for any course in the bundle, the bundle is no longer refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription online at any time from Account → Billing, with no call or email required; it ends at the close of the period already paid for.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access until then and you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded for unused parts of a period.
Free courses
Free courses and free trials involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
This includes your free first continuing-education course (one per person, up to 2.0 CEUs), which otherwise carries the same license and certificate rules as a paid course.
How to request a refund
Email duanne@instupituous.ai from the email address on your account. Include the course or plan name and the date of purchase. We will reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several more days to post them.
When a refund is issued, access to the refunded course ends.
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
