Delete your account

You can delete your Operant Learner account yourself, here or in the phone app (menu → App settings → Delete account).

What is removed

• Your ability to sign in, on every device
• Your email addresses, name and contact details on the account
• Your profile surveys, notifications and app devices
• Google and Apple sign-in links

What is kept, and for how long

Certificates and continuing-education records must be kept for at least 3 years (RBT 40-hour training records for 7 years). They stay on file, without your contact details, until that period ends, then they can be removed. Information may also remain in encrypted backups until those backups are replaced in the normal course.
